10th Annual Color The Wind Kite Festival

When Sat, February 19, 12pm – 5pm

Where On the ice of Clear Lake near the downtown sea wall,

Description Event is the largest winter kite festival in the Upper Midwest. Experienced kite fliers from all over the Midwest attend and fly unique handmade and large display kites. The public is welcomed and encouraged to participate. Bring your own kites or purchase one at the festival.
