12th Annual Color the Wind Kite Festival has been CANCELLED

Warm temps, rain and wind have all combined to degrade the ice at the downtown seawall in Clear Lake.....the site of the 12th annual Color the Wind Kite Festival. There is a large body of open water and the ice cover is very inconsistent, leading to safety concerns. Therefore, Larry has made the decision to cancel Color the Wind this year... the first cancellation in it's 12 year history! See you all next year!
