CANCELLED - Fools Day Fly on Saturday, April 5th! No Fooling!

Because of our recent snow, we are cancelling the Fools Day Fly tomorrow. The field will be to soft and wet. Please keep an eye on our facebook page and website for upcoming events.

This event is a Fun Fly for Minnesota Kite Society (MKS) members. But the public is welcome to come and bring kites to fly. Kites will also be available from Dean Murray for anyone who comes without one.

Nicollet Junior High School is located at 400 East 134th Street in Burnsville, MN. The school is located near the northeast corner of Nicollet Avenue and East 134th Street.

Directions: From I-35W in Burnsville, exit at Burnsville Parkway and go east to the stoplight at Nicollet Avenue. Turn right and go south to the stoplight at 134th Street. Turn left and go east to the second driveway to the parking area behind Nicollet Junior High School. Kite flying will occur on the ball fields behind the junior high school.

Alternate Route: From I-35E in Burnsville, exit at Co. Rd. 11. Turn and go north a short distance to E. 134th Street. Turn left and go west on E. 134th Street about 1-1/4 miles to Nicollet Junior High School, located on the north side of the street. Turn right into the driveway near the circular part of the building and park behind the school. Kite flying will occur on the ball fields behind the junior high school.
